      Moving one column in a spreadsheet doesn’t require a lot of work. You just need to know the best shortcut for doing it. Choose the column that you’re wanting to move and bring the pointer to the border. Once it has turned into a crossed arrow icon, you can drag and drop it into position. If you’re wanting to copy a column and add it to another location, simply hit the CTRL button before dragging it. This trick works like a charm.
    • Delete blank cells quickly.

      Rather than take on this task manually, go to Data then Filter. A downward button will come up, undo Select All, and pick up Blanks. Blank cells will show up and you can delete them without issue.
    • Go to the edge or bottom of the page.

      CTRL + the Arrow keys allow you to navigate left to right or right to left. To go to the bottom of the page, click on CTRL and the downward arrow.  You’ll be able to go from cell to cell quickly this way.
